"I was saddened to hear the news of Debbie's passing. For years she was the clerk who worked in the Thursday morning domestic relations call at the courthouse. I was the presiding judge for that call during that time and it is not a stretch to say that probably no one who was in that court liked being there. Many were going through the worst time in their lives for both themselves and their children. Debbie treated everyone in that court with kindness and tact. I think I thanked her for that on occasion, but I know I needed to do that more often. When she started struggling with her physical challenges she continued on being the same tactful and polite person as we worked our way through the docket of cases. May God bless her. I know she made things easier for others who came to court. Mark Drummond"
