"I worked with Mickey at Phoenix Union High School in the 1980s. She was always upbeat, friendly, funny, loyal, kind, loving and most of all, sincere. When we'd ask her why she had so many kids so young, she'd say, "we were poor ~ we had to entertain ourselves somehow!" She had the best sense of humor! Mickey touched so many lives ~ I know she will be missed by so many more people than she ever dreamed. Rest in peace, Mickey! ?"

"Mickey was so awesome. She provided culinary food and services to the child care program where I taught 2 yr olds for 9 years. She knew how to perk anybody up..."
