Angela Sharon Vredevoogd Rodriguez was born to Shirley Vredevoogd on October 6, 1966, in Westminster, CA.
She passed away at home, surrounded by family and friends, in Buena Park, CA May 19, 2022, at the young age of 55.
Angie loved her family. She was a devoted mother who always looked out for her children. She loved peach iced tea, to watch her children play soccer, road trips with her family, to travel, and made many wonderful memories on family ski trips, vacations in Mexico, Canada, Las Vegas, cruises and more. Angie loved kids and was a "mom" to many. She worked for many years as a Finance Manager in healthcare most recently for SCAN Health Care in Long Beach, California. She was also the Registrar andTreasurer for Cypress Futbol club for the past +20 years.
She was a devoted mother to Marcel and Gabriella. She also was a mother-figure to her younger siblings Gina, Jason, and John.
She is welcomed into heaven by her mother, Shirley Vredevoogd.
She is survived by her son Marcel Ariel Rodriguez, daughter Gabriella Patricia Rodriguez, daughter-in-law Milagros Rosas Rodriguez, and siblings Gina Aponte Rodriguez, Jason Milane, and John Milane. And her three furry gran-dogs Moxie, Chico & Luna. Angie will be missed by family and friends as she made an impact on so many people with her kindness and generosity.
Services will be held at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 5895 Ball Road, Cypress, CA 90630 on Monday, May 30th at 11:00 am.
