Scott Knudsen wrote on May 18, 2022:

"Greg Cutchell was a Renaissance Man. He embraced the concept of being limitless in his capacity to successfully develop and manage his various food businesses and keep a reasonable balance of family, work, friends, and entertainment. He was the entrepreneur of all entrepreneurs. His capacity to dream it and then actually create it was second to none. His business acumen was sound, proven and ahead of the curve. I consider it an extreme privilege to have known him and be able to think of him as a friend for 30 plus years. Rest in Peace Greg. Your legacy will be your strong ethics and your inspiration to others. You will be missed but never forgotten. Scott Knudsen"
