Kaylee Jo Keefauver
Glasford - Kaylee Jo Keefauver, 15, of Glasford, passed away, Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at her home.
She was born on September 11, 2006, in Canton.
She is survived by her parents, Kyle and Kathy (Wys) Keefauver, one brother Kaleb and one sister Kenna, three grandparents, Marsha (Fred) Jones, Jan Wys, and Donald (Joan) Keefauver, one great grandmother Jean Pettet, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding her in death are two grandparents, Fritz Wys and Mary Jo Keefauver, and her favorite cousin, Alex Oller.
Kaylee was currently attending Farmington High School. She was a part of the Glasford Baptist Church family. She enjoyed being outside, fishing with her family and doing activities with her Girl Scout Troop. She had an enormous love for listening to music on her phone and gave the best hugs anyone could ask for. She touched the lives of anyone that was blessed to know her with a contagious laugh, ornery disposition and a smile that lit up the room. Kaylee loved her family and friends with all her heart and was equally loved by all. She will be deeply missed.
A visitation will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Glasford Baptist Church. Burial will follow the funeral at Lancaster Cemetery in Glasford.
Memorials may be made to the Kaylee Jo Keefauver memorial Fund C/O Glasford Bank, PO box 500 Glasford, Illinois 61533, or to the Peoria Area Ronald McDonald House.
