"I am so saddened to hear of Dawn?s passing. She was truly a lovely, kind and funny person. I always looked forward to my meetings with Dawn & Jim & Dee. My prayers are with your family at this time of great loss. "
"So many wonderful memories of the time I was lucky enough to spend with ?Aunt ? Dawn, my childhood would not have been the same without her hugs and warmth. She was so gentle and kind, and I will always remember that about her. Sending my love to Jim , Tori, Angie and Dee. "
"You know the love I have for the whole family. Know you are in my heart and prayers. Hugs to each one of you!"
"Dawn will be missed by all who met her. She had a smile and laugh that were infectious. I knew of her ,before I knew her, as she was ahead of me in school. She became a wonderful neighbor and friend after marrying Jim and moving in next door. It seems like I was to their place quite a bit until I left home, visiting them and babysitting the girls. I was blessed to have her as a neighbor and friend. The poem DeeDee posted is true. I wish she could have stayed, but I am so lucky to have know her. My love to all of you at this time. Sandy Hiatt"
"A Symbol of Hope A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam And for a brief moment its glory and beauty belong to our world But then it flies again And though we wish it could have stayed... We feel lucky to have seen it. Unknown "
