"I am very saddened to learn of Wil's passing. I am proud and honored to have called Wil my friend, colleague, fellow motor officer and fellow Marine. After our retirement we would meet at 7st. and T-Bird for coffee and then hit the road for a "ride." When we had a chance to talk about old times and our experiences on the department, Wil would say that he could not believe we were being paid to ride motors, which we both believed was the greatest job on the planet! If you were fortunate enough to have called Wil "friend," you knew you had a friend for life! Wil was a great Marine and a better man! It was my honor to have known him. My sincerest heartfelt condolences to the entire Tootsie family. May his memory be eternal. Leo Speliopoulos #1767 Retired PPD Detective"
