In loving memory of

Patsy Delavina
December 3, 1944 - April 17, 2022

Patsy Delavina, 77, passed away April 17, 2022 at her daughter's home in Phoenix with all her family by her side. She is the wife of Emilio Delavina. They shared 55 years of marriage together, teaching us all how to complete the vows they said to each other years ago.

Born December 3, 1944 in Globe, AZ, Patsy was the daughter of Louis and Sophie Carrizosa.

Patsy loved everyone, she would do anything for anyone. She taught us to work hard, love unconditionally and that family comes first.

She is survived by her spouse, Emilio; daughters, Gina (Ray) and Anita (Mike); son, Danny; and her grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Jason, Danielle, Jeremy and Joshua. She was predeceased by her parents, brother, Mitch and many other family members that greeted her in heaven.

A memorial service will be held for Patsy on Monday, April 25th at 11am at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N 7th St. Phoenix, AZ 85020.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Promise, 17235 N 75th Ave. Suite E-175, Glendale, AZ 85308.

"I am very thankful for having known and had Patsy in my life. She was such a warm and caring person to all whom she came in contact with. I believ she earned her Angel wings while still here on earth. "

"My heart is breaking by just writing this for my Auntie Patsy passing and remembering all my childhood memories. There are so many childhood memories with my Unlcle Milo and Auntie Patsy De La Viña being at their house, I loved being around her as she always spoiled me especially at their house. My memories are filled with things like either getting scolded for trying to pet the roosters, grabbing me before going outside to see Danny's new dog and Danny had to tell me go ahead go pet my dog, then both my Auntie Patsy and Uncle Milo told me stay away from that dog because he will bite you, that is one mean dog, this is the only dog to ever scare me. Then her telling me Mijo you will be able to beat your Uncle & Dad in pool when you get older but never did, not even when I was 19. I loved the way her & my mom always competed over who made the best Salsa and food, you basically were always having food shoved at you by both of them, she would say to me here mijo I made these, they're better than your mom's. You were never without something to eat when you were at her house. I will miss her and love her always. My heart goes out to my Uncle Milo, their children Gina, Danny, Nita and all their grandchildren. I hope this can only bring the family closer together as we have all grown apart lately. Love Always, Anthony William De La Viña"
