Karen Hoffman went to be with the Lord peacefully, in her home, surrounded by family, on April 4, 2022. She was born December 8th, 1930, in Lake Forest IL. to Egan and Inger Sorensen.
She was predeceased by her parents, as well as her husband William (Bill) Hoffman, her daughter Jane Hoffman and her granddaughter Abigail (Abby) Oliver West. Surviving is her daughter Catherine (Cathy) Oliver and husband Steve Oliver and her son Mark Hoffman and seven grandchildren: David Oliver, Brian Oliver, John Oliver, Fendi Vaughn, Alex Hoffman, Connor Everett and Amy Lavelle. She has 3 great-grandchildren: Ethan Oliver, Sydni Canen, and Carter West, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 27th at Desert Springs Bible Church, 16215 North Tatum Blvd, Phoenix.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember Karen in a special way may make gifts in her memory TGen or St Judes Children's Hospital.
