April 9, 2022

William Mangino (Bill) born May 22, 1931in Phoenix, Arizona to Guido (Tony) and Clara Mangino. Guido had the oldest garage in Phoenix and Clara was born in Arizona in 1921 when Arizona was still a territory. Bill was an architect and builder, graduating from ASU. Bill then served in the Air Force and was discharged as a Staff Sargeant.

Bill had many talents; he kept everyone laughing with his unique humor. Friends say they would remember his quips for months and years later. Bill was a true artist; painting in water color, oils and acrylic; jewelry making; stain glass and clever cartoon drawings. Bill and his wife, Judy, traveled the world and the United States; camped the woods, hiked; rafted the Grand Canyon, etc; boated the lakes and had a vacation home in Rocky Point. Bill loved dogs and cats which he was rarely without.

He is survived by his wife Judy (married 61 years) and his beloved son Larry.
