In loving memory of

Faithe Hollenbeck
August 20, 1947 - March 6, 2022

Heaven has gained a special angel. Faithe Melinda Mitchell Hollenbeck rejoined her heavenly family and proudly accepted her wings. She passed on March 6, 2022, surrounded by her family and friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and a wonderful friend to all whose lives she touched.

She was in her 74th year, born in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, daughter of the late Ernest and Emma Mitchell. Faithe married her childhood sweetheart Claude in 1962 and their family legacy began.

Left to cherish and honor her memory are her husband, Claude; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Bob, and her brother Darrell, her sons Charles (Francis); Michael (Patty); Jerry (Jennifer); and daughter Angela. She was a proud grandmother to nine and a caring great grandmother to six. Taking care of family was Faithe's main focus and she enjoyed time spent with her extended family. She was preceded by her late brothers, Jack and Jerry;

Faithe was known for her warm heart and beautiful smile. She never met a stranger and had the ability to love people unconditionally. It suited her selfless soul to help people in need no matter the challenge.

She cared deeply for her family, friends, and neighbors. She was always the first to offer help. She often delivered meals to neighbors and friends that were ill and even took in some to help them with their end-of-life struggles. She always ensured that everyone who crossed her threshold was safe, healthy, happy, and introduced them to her Savior. Her smile was made of sunshine and her heart of pure gold. She loved to sing and would often sing to strangers who would listen and enjoy. Most of all, she loved people. Her unconditional love and generosity gave hope to strangers who became lifetime friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Lake Padgett East Estates Clubhouse, 4533 Savanah Way, Land O'Lakes, Florida on Saturday, March 19, 2022, beginning at 1:00 pm. Online condolences may be expressed through https://www.coasttocoastcremation.com/obituary/641999/Faithe-Hollenbeck/

"You were my Mother and my friend. You were the person I went to for advise. We could talk for hours. You helped me through some difficult times and rejoiced with me in happy times. You helped raise my children. You would spend hours playing with your grandchildren, you gave them the imagination they have today. You fed us when we had no food, you were always there for us and everyone you met. Mom you will forever be in my heart. I love you. God has you now and we will rejoice again."

"There is more to be said about my beautiful sister Faithe than a thousand books could hold. She had a heart of gold and never- ending praise for her Saviour, she over- flowed with love always telling family friends and even strangers of His power to save, and that was one of her last wishes, and these are the scripture's that she wanted Darrell and I to give to all of you, Rom 5:1  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  Eph 2:9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.  She is in heaven with her Saviour and wants all of you to join her."
