"Bob was more than a co-worker; I?ve known him since I was a toddler. When I think of going to work, I think of seeing Bob. We are very blessed as a company to have men that stay with us as long as they do. But when you know someone as long as I have known Bob, he?s more of an uncle than a colleague! He even took the time to make my children special gifts. He made a toy gun out of wood that shoots rubber bands and a bird house, that still sits in our kitchen, that my daughter who?s 14 painted when she was 4. I will miss Bob. I will always remember him every time I use a miter saw or set a concrete form. I will remember that he was the one who taught me how to do it. There?s so much more, and it will take time, but he will always be remembered and honored in my day! Thank you Bob. Love, Dave Schlipman and family "
