"Dave & I met when we started 7th grade at the old academy in Fairmount. We stayed friends through graduation & then we both moved on in Our lives. I remember him coming to a class reunion & sitting down beside me & asking if I knew who he was & I didn't; it had been too many years & I didn't recognize him! But we sat & visited, catching up with Our lives. Life is funny because the next time I saw him was at his Dad's calling hours before his funeral & we briefly talked. I am sorry for Your loss, he was a good man & I know he will be missed! I think from all the pictures he had found his calling as Santa's helper & really enjoyed what he did! You are in my thoughts & prayers as you say good-bye to Dave. I will remember him with a smile as a sweet man & my friend!"

"David had only been attending our Church for several months, but he was loved and appreciated by all. I remember how excited he was about being Santa's Helper during the Christmas Season. We will be praying for his family and friends! Vicki Rudicel, Pastoral Care Minister - Marion First Church of God"
