RoseMarie Merrill, 63, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, died Saturday, December 18, 2021 in Landmark Medical Center. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Veriato and Rose Gregorio.
RoseMarie worked as a CNA for the Madonna Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Center, in North Attleborough, MA. She always loved to spend time with her kids, and she especially enjoyed going on their annual whale watching trip with The Dolphin Fleet from Cape Cod, MA. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking and stopping at Dunkin early on a weekend before checking out the yard sales. She also loved cats and would care for the strays in the neighborhood.
She is survived by her children Theresa and Gary Merrill, of Woonsocket; she was outgoing, lively and would help anyone who needed it.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woonsocket Cat Sanctuary, 266 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895.
