Muni Prasad, 77, went to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ, on December 21, 2021. He passed peacefully in his family's presence in Phoenix, AZ. He was married to the love of his life, Roslyn Mani Prasad, for 57 years.
Muni was born in Lautoka, Fiji Islands on September 14, 1944. Wanting a better life for his family, he moved to the United States where they settled in Phoenix, AZ.
Muni loved farming, gardening, going to the casino, watching TV, and eating his wife's delicious food. He will be remembered for his quick wit, charisma, sense of humor, and generosity.
He is survived by his wife, Roslyn; his children: Sunita (Reagan), Sanjay (Noreen), Sailesh (Kayla), Roshni, and Reena Kumar. His six grandchildren: Nicole, Rachael (Sunny), Nalini, Elizza, Emmanuel, and Hannah; his one great-granddaughter Priyaa; his mother, five brothers, and four sisters.
