Kyle Hansen, 30, of Glenwood, IA, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at CHI Health in Missouri Valley, IA. Open visitation with family present will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Kyle and his family.

Kyle Russell Hansen, 30 of Glenwood, IA, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at CHI Health Hospital in Missouri Valley, IA.
Kyle was born on May 25, 1991 in Omaha, NE, the son of Richard Fred and Kimberly Rae (Patrick) Hansen. Since 1992 the Glenwood Resource Center has been his home.
Kyle was preceded in death by his brother Jeremy Hansen; paternal grandparents, Fred and Martha (Adams) Hansen; and maternal grandmother Ellen Jane Patrick.
Kyle is survived by his father Richard Hansen and wife Juanita of Oakland, IA; mother Kim Hansen of Council Bluffs, IA; sister LuAnn Lynn Hansen of Council Bluffs; step brother Brandon Sherbon of Council Bluffs; step sister Debra Sherbon of Council Bluffs; maternal grandfather Kenneth Patrick of Correctionville, IA; and the GRC staff and residents.
