Suelyn Grant Stewart
November 6, 1954 - November 25, 2021
Suelyn transitioned on November 25, 2021, at age 67 after a long illness. She was the 5th child of Edward William and Mildred "Suzy" (Duncan) Grant where she resided until her passing. Suelyn was preceded in death by her father, Edward W. Grant, and first grandson Malique A. Anderson. Married James R. Anderson, Jr. and from that union was blessed with son James R. (Jimmy) Anderson III. Later married Edward Toombs, from that union Suelyn was blessed with son Antonio Edward Toombs. Suelyn married Paul Emmett Stewart who preceded her in death. Suelyn retired from OPS-Northwest after nearly 15 yrs of service. She was faithful in her ministry as greeter at Victory Church, Omaha. Suelyn is survived by sons James R. "Jimmy" (Kim) Anderson, Antonio "Tony" (Jacquie) Toombs, 96-year-old mother Mildred L. Rucker; brother Edward Grant II (Vickie); four sisters: Yvonda Ware, Phyllis Glass, Edwyna (Jack) Choice, Lisa Grant. Grandchildren Tariq, Antonio, Antrell, Antjuan, Jahshua, Alaizjah, and Jakobi. Suelyn will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
