George unexpectedly crossed the Rainbow Bridge after his family was told there was no further treatment that would be effective for him, and decided he needed rest.
George loved food, night prowls, and his bed. He wasn't fond of many other cats but loved hugs and being reminded how handsome of a boy he was. When the cats were put away each night, it was found George would have already put himself to bed and would meow until his bowl was full. He would drink water like a human, scooping his paw into the bowl.
George's calm nature, snuggles, and distinguishable deep meow are missed so much already. He came as a stray last Fall and quickly realized he was home, it just took him a little bit longer to find it. George will be missed until we see him again, and loved forever.
