In loving memory of

Richard Carter
January 30, 1945 - November 19, 2021

Rich was born to his parents, Bert and Pauline, the middle son of 3 boys. He graduated Tech High, was employed by Metz Baking Company, Old Home Bread, for 30 years, lived at the same residence for 52 years and was married to Robyn for 54. He was a good husband, a loving Dad and Grandpa, a helpful friend, a dependable son and most of the time, a pretty easy going guy. He knew what he liked and what he didn't like.

He enjoyed trying to fix things in his workshop, tinkering on cars in the garage, gatherings of family and friends along the river on weekends, being outside, good food, cold beverages and watching old westerns on T.V. over and over again. He was a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy that dearly loved his kids and grandkids.

A man of few words, until you were ready to leave, he usually answered your question with 2 fibs, then the real answer. He lived an uncomplicated, but fulfilled life. He touched many hearts and will be remembered and missed by those that knew him.
