In loving memory of

Alisa "Lisa" D. Porter
June 14, 1960 - November 19, 2021

Alisa "Lisa" D. Porter, 61, passed away on Friday, November 19th, 2021. She grew up in Colorado and loved the mountains. Some of her most cherished memories as a child were camping and fishing with her parents, Ronald and Janice Porter, and her brother, Shane Porter. Her family was her world and she loved spending as much time with them as possible.

Lisa loved doing things for others and her occupations throughout her life reflected this. When she was younger, she opened an in-home daycare. Later in life, she spent time supporting people with disabilities. She loved to cook for others and found her true calling as a cook. She cooked at daycares & schools and enjoyed seeing smiling faces every day.

Lisa was an avid gardener and always had the most beautiful plants and flowers. She enjoyed spending her free time crafting, reading, going to garage sales, antiquing, attending her grandchildren's sporting events, playing board games & card games, listening to music, collecting bears, and baking/cooking. She valued the simple things in life and passed this on to her sons.

Lisa enjoyed every minute of being a grandma, it was the highlight of her life. She would always ensure that her grandson was full of hugs, kisses, & treats. She often said that their sleepovers were her favorite and best times.

Lisa will be forever remembered by her sons, Joel and his wife April, and Luke and his wife Yanuby; her grandchildren, Natalia and Morrison; her friend, Jim; and her beloved cat, Mamie.

An intimate family service will be held at a later date.
