"Dear John, Your brother Anthony & I feel blessed to have shared many wonderful memories with u & your Vi . We to this day still tell the story about your showing us how to make homemade cannoli shells from scratch with the wooden dowels. U taught us how the dough had to be wrapped and fried perfectly, and would not settle for anything less. Then Vi shared her wonderful custard filling with us. We made 300 cannoli shells that day & We will always remember the wonderful smile on your face, especially when we complimented u on your baking., or asked for advice. Love & hugs, always, Rossene & Anthony"
