It is with great sadness that the family of Sid N Holtmeier announce his passing on Sunday November 14, 2021.
Sid's love of golf started as a child in Mullen Nebraska when he played for the first time with a doctor that his mother worked with. Sid was on the North Platte high school golf team and became a golf pro in 1970. He was a pro in North Platte, McCook, Sidney, York and Omaha, Nebraska. In those years he's made many friends and four hole in ones along the way.
Preceded in death by parents Norval and Ester Holtmeier. Survived by Joy Holtmeier, sister Nancy Jewell, sons Sid Alan (Tammy), Christopher (Melissa), Michael and five grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held in the spring.
