Michael Kent Stone was born September 29, 1958 to Charles and Elsie (Chapman) Stone in Vincennes, Indiana. He graduated from Manley High School.
He worked primarily in maintenance and mechanics. Over the years, he was employed at The Boyer Valley Company, Inc in Denison.
Michael passed away Friday, November 5, 2021 at his home in Denison, Iowa attaining the age of sixty-three years, one month and seven days. He was preceded by his maternal grandparents: Richard and Carrie (Helm) Chapman and paternal grandparents: Leon and Henrietta (Schurig) Stone.
He is survived by his sons: Greg Stone of Black River, Michigan and Michael Stone, Jr of Texas; parents: Charles and Elsie Stone of Denison; brother: Richard Stone of Denison; sister: Kimberly and her husband Albon Mahoney of Texas; other relatives and friends.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021 in the Morgan Cemetery in Schleswig. Memorials may be directed to the family.
