Passed away on November 1, 2021, in Rochester, NY. Joseph is predeceased by his parents, Joseph DeCarolis & Mary Jane (Simonelli) Spotts; step-father, Harold Spotts; brother James DeCarolis & son, Joseph DeCarolis. He is survived by his silblings, Catherine (Mark) Rausch, Patricia (Rick) Monnat, Michael DeCarolis; several nieces & nephews.
Joseph's funeral service was held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made to Gates to Recovery, c/o the Gates Police Dept, 1605 Buffalo Road, Rochester NY 14624 in Joseph's name.
