In loving memory of

Kathryn Ray Zubal
December 13, 1946 - October 27, 2021

Kathryn Ray Zubal, 74, was born in Pennsylvania on December 13, 1946. She passed away on October 27, 2021, at her home in Everett, WA. Her two sons, and husband were at her bedside when she went to heaven.
Kathryn is survived by her sons, Chad and Travis, her husband, Frank, of 54 years; her sister, Gloria and her two grandsons, Kai, and Kaden.
She grew up in Seattle and went to Cleveland High School, but most of her life was spent in Everett.
Her family was her life and passion, she was the one who took care of everyone. It did not matter if you were brother, sister, niece, or cousin. If you were a friend to the family, you were family. She was a mother to all.
She never missed a birthday and always sent a card. In her final weeks of life, she found the strength to purchase two birthday cards and mail them.
She will be loved and missed by all who knew her. There is a new angel in heaven now.
A Celebration of Kathryn's life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements were entrusted to Solie Funeral Home and Crematory.

"Kathy has always held a special place in my heart. She touched my life in only the best way for 50+ years and I?m so grateful that she was part of it. Her smile and laugh, her kindness and thoughtfulness came natural to her and will be missed. The cards filled with confetti she ALWAYS sent to me lifted my spirits for weeks and especially the last one for my birthday in September will never be forgotten. She thought of and put others first. Years ago I always said I wanted to live with her/be her kid because she took such good care of everyone. I?m thankful she?s at peace now but I know how much everyone will miss her and my heart aches for her family. I?m sure she?s found Janie, her mom and dad, Donnie and any of her loved ones and is watching over everyone just like she did here on earth. She was one special lady, one I will never forget! "
