"It was our blessing to know Vera through bringing her Holy Communion while she resided at The Legacy on Mt. Read Blvd. She loved Our Lord so much! Our conversations together centered on God's presence in her life and included her beautiful family and how nuch she loved each of them. She also spoke of the wonderful life she and her husband Mike shared for so many years together. Truly a lovely lady who left gentle blessings in our lives. Jim and Janice Dudley "

"I remember meeting Vera at a Perinton Quilt Guild Show which her daughter-in-law Patty was Guild President that year. What a delight! She made all that met her feel comfortable and her sense of humor was refreshing. I remember her and her family?s surprise when her name was drawn as the winner of our beautiful raffle quilt that day. She wasn?t sure what she had one, but was so excited when presented with her prize. Thank you for the memory and such a beautiful family! Kirsten Fannon (PQG)"
