Doris (Larocque) Poulette, 82, of Woonsocket, died Friday, October 29, 2021 in St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Roland N. Poulette. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Herve Larocque and Dolores (Berard) Duquette.
She worked for many years as an Assembler at the Foxboro Company and Northrop Company. Doris enjoyed many social things, especially Bingo and Bowling, but most of all she loved doing everything with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her two daughters, Rachel Zielinski of St. Martin, and Jeanne Lemon, of Woonsocket; and her three grandchildren, Zachary Zielinski of Blackstone, Dr. Zethariah Zielinski of Lansing, MI and Anthony Moran of Woonsocket. She was predeceased by her siblings, Wilfred Desourdy, Normand Larocque, Maurice Larocque, Blanche Marra and Pauline Notarangelo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM in All Saints Parish, 323 Rathbun St., Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham, MA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, RI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601
