Ned John Peters
August 12, 1941 - October 19, 2021

Ned John Peters passed away peacefully on October 19, 2021 at Banner Hospital in Glendale. He was 80. Ned was born in Oakland, CA, to Arthur and Gertrude Peters.

He graduated from Hofstra University ('68) with a degree in electrical engineering and married Teresa at St. Aidan's church in East Williston NY. He was a volunteer fire fighter for the East Williston Fire Dept. The couple then moved to Phoenix, AZ where

Ned worked for various companies, including Dickson Electronics, Roger's Corporation, and Motorola. Eventually, he settled in for the long-haul at Xann Inc., his own company, in 1975. He belonged to Most Holy Trinity, Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association, Pro Club and Marriage Encounter. He was an all-around handyman - dabbling in electronics, carpentry, woodworking, metalworking and fabrication, His favorite pastime was remodeling his cabin in Payson and building wooden puzzles and games for family gatherings.

He will be remembered for being a train buff, his dry sense of humor, kindness and love of family.

He is survived by wife of 53 years Teresa; children, Michael, Steven, Gregory, and Stacey; grandchildren, Destinee, Anthony, Madison, Avery, Alex and sister Diane. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Neil.
