St. David - Ronald Lee Cape, 74, of St. David, passed away, Friday, October 22, 2021, at his home.
He was born on June 16, 1947, in Canton, to Donald Cape and Wilma (Newburn). They preceded him in death.
Ron is survived by his wife Kelly (Folden), whom he married on October 24, 1992, in Reno Nevada.
Also surviving are six children, Jeff (Sherry) Cape of Cuba, Dustin Cape of Canton, Michael Cape of Florida, Robert Folden of Iowa, Jessica (Cyrus) Poling - McClevey of Canton, and Dax (Tiffany) Cape of Lewistown, two brothers, Steven Cape of Canton and David (Debra) Cape of St. David, five grandchildren, Jeffry, Jaclyn, Jack, Maximus and Corgan and two great grandchildren, Ezra and Emma.
Ron first worked at International Harvester in Canton until its closing. He later retired from FMC in California. He enjoyed collecting International Harvester tractors, restoring old Cub Cadet tractors and participating in tractor pulls.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society.
