Jefferson A. Dorvil, 23, of Woonsocket, died October 12, 2021 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. Born in Brockton, MA he was the son of Darlene Princiotta of Woonsocket and Jean "Leverson" Dorvil of New Bedford.
Jefferson enjoyed the Bible, talking with people, and especially spending time with his nephew, Na'Zayah.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Peggy Gillespie of Woonsocket; his paternal grandfather, Joseph Dorvil of New Bedford; his siblings, Corey Princiotta of Bridgewater, MA, Dazon Princiotta of Lincoln, Ryan Macklin of Woonsocket, Jeremy Dorvil of Woonsocket, Claudia Dorvil of New Bedford, Annabelle Dorvil of New Bedford, and Prince Dorvil of New Bedford; his aunts and uncles, Maureen Morgan of Brockton, Patty Princiotta of Brockton, Johnny Princiotta of Brockton, Eric Churbuck of Woonsocket, Todd Churbuck of Cumberland, Ellen Mamaty of Woonsocket, and Errica Mamaty of Providence; his nephew and nieces, Wesley, Amaya, and Na'Zayah; his sisters-in-law, Jahaira Perez of Taunton, and Anny Cavallaro of East Providence, as well as, his best friend, Jaimiel Correia of Woonsocket, his loving godfather Gerald Louis-Charles, his aunt Sherlie Dorvil, his cousins Shelove Louis-Charles, Jamie Princiotta, and Anthony Princiotta, and his friend Derek Bussaglia. He was predeceased by his cousin Heather Princiotta.
His funeral will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 beginning with visitation at 5pm followed by a service at 6:30pm in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
