Janet (Forget) Lataille, 56, of North Smithfield, passed away on December 25, 2017 at home. She was the wife of Michael Lataille, whom she married September 29, 1984. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Robert Forget of North Smithfield and Barbara (Smith) Parenteau of Woonsocket.
She worked as the Telecommunications Director for CVS, and in her spare time she enjoyed sewing quillows, spending time with friends, and relaxing by the pool.
Besides her husband Michael, Janet is survived by a son, Andrew Lataille of North Smithfield; a daughter, Amanda Lataille and her fianc Kraig Rondeau of Pascoag; a sister, Theresa Celeste and her husband Leonard Celeste of North Smithfield; as well as her nephew Robert Sevigny and his family.
Her smile will be missed by many but forgotten by none.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 10 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Ave, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery on Smithfield Road, North Smithfield. Calling hours are Friday from 4 - 8 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Haven of Grace Ministries, 53 Coe St., Woonsocket, RI 02895.
