Laura F. (Ciuraru) Tabla, 38, of Chepachet, died September 16, 2017 at home, surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Romania on June 4, 1979, she was the daughter of Ciprian and Eugenia (Manea) Patrascu of No. Smithfield and Florin Subtiriel of Romania.
Laura was an emergency room technician for Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her fianc, Steven McKay of Chepachet; two children, Anthony Tabla and Ariana McKay of Chepachet; her sister, Alexandra Ciuraru of North Smithfield; and step-sister, Andrea Patrascu of Boston, MA.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 11 AM in St. John the Baptist Romanian Orthodox Church, 501 East School St., Woonsocket, RI. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery, Mendon Road, Woonsocket, RI. Calling hours are Monday from 5-8 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
