Laurent A. Bourget, 67, of Woonsocket, died May 25, 2017 in his home. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Theresa (Menard) Bourget. Born in Woonsocket he was the son of the late Armand and Cecile (Beaudry) Bourget.

He worked for 35 years as the Distribution Manager for Garelick Farms located in Franklin, M.A. Laurent enjoyed bowling in weekly leagues where he was a member of the Thursday Commercial League for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and watching his grandchildren bowl as well as other activities they were involved with. He was also a huge New England sports fan.

Besides his wife, Theresa, Laurent is survived by their children, Scott Bourget and his wife Michele of Woonsocket; and daughter, Christine Dias and her husband Gabriel of Woonsocket; three grandchildren, Bryan Bourget, Amber and Olivia Dias, two brothers, Roger Bourget of Woonsocket and Florian Bourget of Woonsocket. He was preceded in death by his brother, Andre Bourget, and sisters, Jeaninne Lamoore, Rita Tarvis and Agnes (Penny) Poulin.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 9:30 am from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Josephs Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, 314 Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA. Calling hours will be held Monday 4-7 pm in the funeral home.
