Tabatha L. Kelvey, 22, of Manville Rd., died October 6, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Jamie Kelvey of Woonsocket.



Tabatha loved her guinea pig Miss Piggy and enjoyed yoga, music, the beach, dancing, cooking, learning, and the holidays and will be remembered for being very caring.



Besides her mother Jamie, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Maureen Kelvey of Woonsocket; her cousin Alex Banner of Woonsocket; four siblings, Cynthia Gagnon, John and Dylan Kelvey all of Woonsocket, and Ashley Harnois of East Greenwich; her aunt and uncle, Jessica Kelvey and Micah Cosek; and four cousins, Michael and Corey Kelvey, Travis and Savannah Cosek.



Her funeral will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 beginning with visitation at 5 PM followed by a service at 6:30 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation online at www.cff.org or to the Epilepsy Foundation, Attn Donor Services, 8301 Professional Place East, Suite 200, Landover, MD 20785.

"My heartfelt condolences to your family. Although I do not know you or Tabatha, when I saw her obit online, it saddened me to see such a beautiful soul taken too soon. I had a best friend many many years ago who also had CF. Her life wasn't an easy one.I will pray for her soul as well as her family. God bless..."
