WOONSOCKET - Maryann C. (Medeiros) Bissonnette, 67, went home to the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 after a brief illness. She was surrounded by her children and husband. She was the loving and very devoted wife of Roger A. Bissonnette. They had just recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Maryann was raised in North Providence and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (DeGrace) Medeiros. Maryann dedicated her life to raising her children, spending time with her grandkids and touching the hearts of all who met her. She loved traveling with her husband, camping trips and family gatherings. Maryann had been a member of the Sweet Adeline's Chorus. Her devotion and faith in God was certainly exemplified in her daily life.Besides her husband, Maryann is survived by her children, Cherie Marzini and husband Lee, Roger Bissonnette, Jr. and wife Missy, and Brian Bissonnette and wife Jessica. Her siblings, Carolyn Inman of Glocester, Frank Medeiros Jr., Dennis Medeiros, and Paul Medeiros, all of Cranston; Her 8 grandchildren, Roger III, Brian Jr., Jacob, Brandon, Julia, Andrew, Aleena and Kylie; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 4th from 5:00-8:00pm at the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St. Woonsocket. Her funeral will be on November 5th at 10 AM, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in All Saints Community Church, 323 Rathbun St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, 314 Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA.
