Stanley P. Cybulski

WOONSOCKET - Stanley P. Cybulski, 87, of Woodland Rd., died August 15, 2015, at home. He was the husband of Helen (Osiecki) Cybulski whom he married on June 20, 1953. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Stanley M. and Anna (Manlick) Cybulski.Mr. Cybulski was a 1945 graduate of Woonsocket High School and a 1949 graduate of the former Hill College, Woonsocket. Stanley served in the Army during the Korean War and was awarded the Bronze Star. Upon his return, he graduated from Bryant College, Smithfield in 1957 and became Vice President of Rhode Island Hospital Trust Bank and Eastland Bank, worked as an Internal Auditor for Navigant Bank and ran Cybulski Bookkeeping and Tax Service for fifty years. Stanley was a past president of the Woonsocket Rotary Club from 1991-1992, served on the Board of Directors for Senior Services, Woonsocket, a past director for Tri-Hab Inc., a past director for the Woonsocket Red Cross, a former Scout Master and a communicant of St. Charles Borromeo Church, Woonsocket where he also served on various parish committees. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, John Cybulski and his wife Carole of Mesa, AZ and David Cybulski and his wife Pam of Franklin, MA; three daughters, Mary Ann Dearborn of Millville, MA, Nancy Cybulski of Woonsocket and Jane Cybulski and her husband John McKinlay of Lynn, MA; ten grandchildren, John, Alicia, Ben, Kyle, Luke and Zachary Cybulski, Daniel and Todd Dearborn, Amanda Dowell and John O'Neill; three great grandchildren, Tucker and Taylor O'Neill and Caden Dowell. He was the brother of the late Olga Peters and grandfather of the late Adam Dearborn and Katie Cybulski.His funeral will be held Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Charles Church, Woonsocket. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 5-8 PM.
