"Our deepest sympathies to his family. He was such a caring man and had a big heart. Many years ago he was selling pumpkins at Holy Trinity Festival and my children were both toddlers. They found baby pumpkins on the lawn and we were going to buy them but he informed us they were already sold. We said okay and thanked him and walked away. He felt so bad for our youngest who just learned to walk at the time that he tracked us down and gave them each a free cut flower instead to make them feel better. They were so proud holding onto their flowers all the way home. To our surprise he showed up with a bunch of free pumpkins a few days later! Almost 4 years ago and this memory still warms my heart. What a wonderful man who went out of his way to help anyone out. Thank you for touching our hearts forever Bill. May you Rest In Peace."
