Greece: Passed away on September 21, 2021. William is predeceased by his parents, William A. & Arlene (Green) Barron, in-laws, Joseph & Esther Maier. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Diane Barron; children, Christopher (Stephanie) Barron, Carrie (Jason) Junot & Robert (Erin) Barron; grandchildren, Christopher, Tiffany, Gavin, Preston, Miles, Elliott, Parker, Wyatt & Adeline; brother, Mark (Joan) Barron; several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law.
William grew up in Greece, NY on Alpine Road & graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in 1973. He met the love of his life on a blind date and were later married. Being a handyman, he always helped his family and friends with various projects. William will be remembered for enjoying bowling and most importantly being there for his family.
His life story will be shared during visitation, 4:00-6:00 pm on Sunday, September 26th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. His funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM. His interment will be held in White Haven Memorial Park, at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
