"Dear John and Family: We are so saddened to hear of the untimely loss of your wife, mother, grandmother Sue and offer our deepest condolences! I fondly remember growing up with my Poole Cousins and all the fun and good times we had. Occasionally, we would get into monkey business that would cause Uncle Herb's patience meter to hit Code Red. When that happened, we would scatter like flies and pray that Aunt Vivi would come to our rescue to calm the situation. I know that Susie loved her family and that she will be missed by all of us!"
