August 5, 2021 at the age of 77, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Edward W. & Alice Axman. Survived by daughters, Kathy (Johnnie) Howard, & Bonnie Marie Axman; grandchildren, Diane & Eric Matuszek, Nicholas, Thomas, & Ellen Cochrane; brother, James (Roena) Axman; sister, Marilyn Orzehoski; nephew, Michael Axman.
Family & friends may call at Thomas Funeral Chapels Monday August 9th from 4-7pm. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 10am Tuesday, please meet at the main Lake Ave Cemetery gate at 9:45am for a procession to the grave site.
