Paul Alfred Duquette
October 12, 1947 - July 16, 2021
Paul Alfred Duquette, age 73, of Cumming, GA, passed away on July 16, 2021 of complications from cancer. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, JoAnne, daughter, Michelle Weiberg, son in law Jan Weiberg, granddaughters Chelsea and Chloe, and sister Jeannine Desilets.
Paul was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and served in the US Air Force. He moved to Tampa, FL where he met the love of his life, married, and raised their daughter. He retired from the FL Department of Transportation and moved to Cumming, GA in 2016 to be closer to his granddaughters.
He attended St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church and proudly served with the Knights of Columbus. Paul enjoyed playing video games, watching movies, and spending time with loved ones and friends. He had a great sense of humor and was so friendly that he never met a stranger. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 29, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, 4633 Shiloh Rd., Cumming, GA. Reception in the social hall to follow.
