William E. "Billy" Blakeman III, 56, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021, in Dubuque, Iowa
A celebration of Billy's life will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, July 30, 2021, at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa, IA. Cremation rites have been accorded.
William E. Blakeman III was born on August 26, 1964, in Dubuque, Iowa, to Duane and Sharon (Apel) Blakeman. Billy enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles. One of his favorite pastimes was shooting pool with his buddies.
Those left to honor his memory are his siblings, Duane Blakeman Jr., Lisa Blakeman, Susan Rhomberg, Raymond Fallin, Michelle Smothers, Michael Fallin, and David Blakeman; sisters-in-law, Cynthia King, and Mary Louise Moffit Blakeman; and Uncle, Thomas Maas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas Blakeman.
