Joyce Lorraine Regan, age 74, passed away in Peoria, AZ on Friday, July 16, 2021, after a courageous battle with a lengthy illness.

Joyce was born February 10, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois to Lambert and Josephine (Melish) Snyders. She was the dear sister to Richard (Carol) Snyders, twin to Janice Skaggs, Bobbie (Joe) Gentile and Laura (Bob) Skala. They started their family in Chicago, Illinois and eventually settled in Cedarburg, Wisconsin to raise their four children. After retirement, they moved to Scottsdale, AZ.

Joyce enjoyed being social and spending time with her family and friends. Her heart was always filled with light, beauty and generosity. She loved any type of puzzle or card game and was a champ at bridge and scrabble. She was known to have won a few scratch-off lottery tickets back in the day. She loved dogs, quilting, sewing, baking and was especially fond of gardening and making all things beautiful.

In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her children: Jennifer (Jeff) Spielvogel of Southlake, TX, Amy (Todd) Pierce of Madison, WI, Daniel Regan Jr. of Chandler, AZ, and Erin (Vince) Salerno of Goodyear, AZ.
