LEXINGTON-Mr. Hugh Roland England, 72, of Lexington, NC passed away June 12, 2021 at Hospice of Davidson County. The son of the late William Roland and Jean Reynolds England, Hugh was born June 13, 1948 in Wilmington, Delaware. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 until 1971, including duty in Viet Nam and in 1984 Hugh married Donna Cole. Hugh was a Dental Technician for 40+ years and in his retirement enjoyed living on the lake, playing golf, and his canine companions, especially Jazzy.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 36 years Donna Rae England of Lexington, NC, children Jon England of St. Paul, MN and Teresa England of Stillwater, MN, three sisters Ann Almendarez (Fernado) of Casa Grande, AZ, Meg Hamilton (Kevin) of Port St. Lucie, FL. And Beth Kincaid (Jim) of Bridgeton, NJ, and two grandchildren Jake England and Alexander England.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
