Jerry Marion Beeson
August 30, 1978 - June 12, 2021

THOMASVILLE-Mr. Jerry Marion Beeson, 42, of Thomasville, NC passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2021 at his residence. Jerry was born August 30, 1978 in Spartanburg, SC and worked as an in-home delivery specialist for over 18 years. Mr. Beeson was a very outgoing and free spirited individual who seemingly could do anything. Having received his advanced degree in psychology, he successfully moved from one profession to another almost effortlessly. Jerry was a strong believer and his family always came first. He was very athletic and attentive to his body as he watched what he consumed and continually worked to maintain his physical fitness. Other pleasures he enjoyed were sunbathing and his coffee.
Mr. Beeson is preceded in death by his father Hubert Allen Beeson, Sr. and his brother Jonathan Hagy. Left to cherish his memories are his mother Patsy Mabe Waddell (Lucky) of Asheboro, brothers David Scott Mitchell of Thomasville, Hubert Allen Beeson, Jr. (Christy) of Trinity, Michael Paul Beeson (Crystal) of Trinity, and Rusty Waddell (Brianna) of Liberty, sisters Joanie Marie Mayhugh (Kelly) of Ohio, and Misty Waddell of Greensboro, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Beeson are scheduled for 7:30 pm Friday, June 18, 2021 at Bethany Baptist Church, 574 Tower Road, Thomasville, NC. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Those sending flowers are requested to have them delivered to the church the afternoon of the service.
