Cleo LaForge Wilkinson, 94, of Austin, TX passed away peacefully on May 20, 2021.
She was born in Marble Falls, TX on December 23, 1926. As a teenager she went to work at The Bluebonnet Café in Marble Falls, TX where she met Wynn, the love of her life. They were married on April 21, 1946 and were blessed to celebrate 73 years together.
Cleo loved cooking for her family and keeping a beautiful home. She spent hours crocheting beautiful tablecloths and doilies. She was a member of Christian Life Austin for over 50 years and attended faithfully for as long as she was able.
Cleo is survived by her daughters, Brenda Tice; Paula Kartye and husband Joe; son, Larry Keith Wilkinson and wife Joyce; grandchildren, Scott Littlefield and wife Peggy, Jeannie Williams and husband Bill, Greg Littlefield and wife Tammy, Janis Owens, Shaun Strube, Brad Wilkinson and wife Cassidy, Hollie Dearmond and husband Kent, Kelly Carver and husband Matt; 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Cleo was preceded in death by her husband, Wynn Wilkinson; parents, Dayton LaForge and Gipsy Parks LaForge; sister, Marguerite LaForge Rosenberg; brother, Ralph LaForge.
