"Miss Sophie (as I knew her) rocked me many miles in the nursery at First Baptist Kyle! I grew up under her care. I moved away from Kyle after I graduated from SWT but everytime I came home and visited the church, I would go to the nursery to see her. She always had a huge smile and hug for me. Miss Sophie always wanted to know about my life and how I was doing. When I moved back to Kyle with my husband and children she was so excited to meet them. Even in recent years when I saw her in town, Miss Sophie would have a huge smile and hug for me. She was a precious lady. My deepest condolences for the family. I know you will miss her dearly. Blessings, Sandi (Sturdivant) Floria"
