In loving memory of

Judith Hemker
August 9, 1945 - June 5, 2021

Judith Joyce Hemker, age 75, of Winona, was born on August 9th, 1945, in Winona, Minnesota, to Clarence and Vernette (Wenzel) Belter. She passed away peacefully at home, on June 5th, 2021, at her home, 6 weeks after she lost her husband of fifty eight years.
On January 5, 1963, she married Richard Hemker at Saint Martin's Lutheran Church in Winona, MN. Together they raised three sons: Roger, Thomas, and Randy.
Throughout her lifetime, Judy supported the businesses that they owned by being responsible for the administrative support and raising her family. They owned the Witoka Tavern, B&H Rubbish and Hemker Transport.
Judy and Rich camped for 25 years at Money Creek Campground, joking with friends and family around the fire. She especially loved the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by three sons, Roger (Karla), Thomas (Karen), and Randy (Tiffany Kronebusch); eight grandchildren, Logan (Haley), Luke, Matthew, Ellie, Drake, Paige, Adilynn, and Ben; sister, Nancy Hemker; and two brothers, David (Donna) Belter and Dean (Judy) Belter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard, her brother, Denny, and brother in law, Robert Hemker.
Funeral Service will be 3 p.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview with the Reverend Richard A. Moore officiating. Visitation will be 1 p.m., until the time of the service.
