Sara Jean Rupe, 64, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on May 30, 2021, in Omaha.
Sara Jean Rupe was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Anton J. and Isobel Haas on August 2, 1956. She graduated high school from Benson High School in Omaha, in 1974. She married the love of her life and best friend, John Henry Rupe, on March 5, 1983. They had twin sons, Nathan and Nicholas, on February 10, 1985. She worked as a partner with her husband as the Vice President of their business for 27 years. She was a devout Christian, a one-of-a-kind wife and mother, and an unwavering friend to all who knew her. Her relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was her greatest love, and her Christian walk and actions of love drew many people to Jesus, and lives were transformed forever by all who met her. She will live on forever in our hearts and in our memories of her.
Sara is survived by her husband John Henry Rupe, her two sons Nicholas and Nathan Rupe, Nathan's wife and her daughter-in-law Tiffany Rupe, their three children Mason, Ella, and Deacon, her brothers Collin, A.J., and Loren Haas, her sisters Geil Cramm, Toni Jones, and Krista Stuck.

Visitation 2:00 to 4:00 P.M., Sunday, June 6, 2021, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Connie Hollingsworth of Believer's Faith Fellowship, officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
