Dennis Brown Jr., age 56, of Washington, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his home.
He was born on September 15, 1964 in Laurel, Maryland to Dennis 'Jerry' Sr. and Catherine (Keller) Brown. Dennis attended Washington Catholic High School and graduated St Vincent Polletti High School in Laurel, Maryland. He graduated from Ivy Tech and was a US Navy Veteran serving from 1985 to 1989.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Snyder) Brown; one daughter, Jessica Brown of Chicago; one granddaughter, Grace Lynn Brown of Chicago; his father Jerry Brown of Washington; one sister, Sharon Stinchfield of Jasper; two brothers, Chris (Karen) Brown and Allen (Andrea) Brown both of Washington; two step sons; five step grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cathy 'Cookie' Brown; and grandparents, Paul and Ermil Brown, and Charles and Florence Keller
A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 2 2021, at Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel 620 East Viola Avenue in Washington. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Yvonne Evans officiating. Washington American Legion and VFW will perform military rites.
